本政策说明 HSPOS 如何处理《打印机设置工具》（PrinterSettingTools）应用中的信息。本应用用于通过蓝牙、网络、USB 或串口连接 HSPOS 打印机，并发送打印机配置指令。我们不会要求您注册账号，也不会把您的个人信息上传到 HSPOS 服务器。

2. 我们收集哪些信息

本应用不会收集、出售或向 HSPOS 云端上传个人身份信息、通讯录、照片、精确GPS轨迹或支付信息。

为完成本地打印机配置，应用可能在您的设备上使用以下信息，这些信息仅在本机或您指定的打印机之间处理：

  • 蓝牙信息：已配对或搜索到的蓝牙设备名称与地址，用于连接打印机。
  • 位置权限：Android 系统要求在扫描蓝牙设备或读取当前 Wi‑Fi 名称时授予位置权限。本应用不会持续定位，也不会把位置上传到服务器。
  • Wi‑Fi 名称与密码：仅在您主动填写并点击应用后，发送给已连接的打印机，用于把打印机接入您指定的无线网络。
  • 网络地址：您输入的打印机 IP 和端口，仅用于连接局域网或以太网打印机。
  • USB / 串口设备信息：用于识别并连接本机已接入的打印机硬件。

3. 权限说明

  • 蓝牙：搜索、连接蓝牙打印机。
  • 位置（大致/精确）：满足 Android 对蓝牙扫描和 Wi‑Fi SSID 读取的系统要求。
  • 网络：连接网络打印机；不会用于广告追踪。
  • Wi‑Fi 状态：读取当前无线网络名称，便于配置打印机。
  • USB Host：通过 OTG 连接 USB 打印机。
  • 存储（旧版 Android）：仅用于系统兼容，本应用不把您的文档上传到云端。

4. 信息如何使用

上述信息只用于：发现和连接打印机、向打印机下发您确认的设置指令、显示连接状态和错误提示。我们不会将其用于广告、画像或向第三方出售。

5. 信息共享

我们不与广告商或数据分析商共享您的个人信息。打印机配置指令只会发送到您选择连接的那台打印机。Google Play 等应用分发平台可能按其自身政策处理安装与崩溃统计，这不属于本应用主动收集。

6. 数据保存与安全

本应用不运营用户账号系统，也不会在 HSPOS 服务器上保存您的打印机密码或蓝牙配对信息。您在界面中输入的内容主要保存在设备内存中，用于当次配置。请妥善保管打印机蓝牙 PIN、Wi‑Fi 密码等敏感信息。

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how HSPOS handles information in the PrinterSettingTools app. The app connects to HSPOS printers over Bluetooth, network, USB, or serial port and sends configuration commands. We do not require an account and we do not upload your personal information to HSPOS servers.

2. Information We Handle

This app does not collect, sell, or upload to HSPOS cloud services personally identifiable information, contacts, photos, continuous GPS tracks, or payment data.

To configure a printer on your device, the app may use the following information locally or send it only to the printer you choose:

  • Bluetooth data: names and addresses of paired or discovered Bluetooth devices, used to connect a printer.
  • Location permission: Android requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning and reading the current Wi‑Fi SSID. The app does not continuously track your location and does not upload location to our servers.
  • Wi‑Fi name and password: sent to the connected printer only after you enter them and tap Apply, so the printer can join the network you specify.
  • Network address: the printer IP and port you enter, used only to reach a LAN or Ethernet printer.
  • USB / serial device information: used to identify and connect a printer attached to the device.

3. Permissions

  • Bluetooth: discover and connect Bluetooth printers.
  • Location (approximate/precise): required by Android for Bluetooth scan and Wi‑Fi SSID access.
  • Internet / network state: connect to network printers; not used for advertising.
  • Wi‑Fi state: read the current SSID to help configure the printer.
  • USB host: connect USB printers via OTG.
  • Storage (older Android versions): declared for compatibility; the app does not upload your documents to the cloud.

4. How We Use Information

The information above is used only to discover and connect printers, send settings you confirm, and show connection status or errors. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

5. Sharing

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or analytics vendors. Configuration commands are sent only to the printer you connect. App stores such as Google Play may collect install or crash statistics under their own policies; that is not data this app actively uploads to HSPOS.

6. Retention and Security

This app has no user-account system and does not store your printer passwords or Bluetooth pairing data on HSPOS servers. Values you type are mainly kept in device memory for the current session. Please protect sensitive items such as the printer Bluetooth PIN and Wi‑Fi password.

7. Children’s Privacy

This app is intended for commercial printer configuration and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
