The HSPOS HS-80D is an industrial-grade embedded thermal printer module specially designed for airline boarding pass printing, suitable for airport self-service check-in kiosks and airline service counters. It supports 24/48/72/80mm adjustable widths, with core compatibility for 80mm standard boarding pass size, a maximum printing speed of 200mm/s, and 203DPI high resolution to ensure clear and scannable passenger information, barcodes and QR codes on boarding passes. Standard with USB+RS232+LAN triple interfaces, it supports full automatic paper cutting, built-in multiple intelligent detections (temperature, paper out, cover open, black mark, etc.). Equipped with metal motor firmware for fast heat dissipation, the print head lifespan reaches 100KM. With a compact body (130.5x120.5x92mm) and weight of only 1.3KG, it is easy to install and maintain, stably adapting to the high-passenger-flow and high-frequency boarding pass output needs of airports.
